#PulseofEurope is a POSITIVE citizen movement saying "Yes to Europe" and "Yes to freedom, tolerance and the understanding between nations". It is completely independent from any political party or other particular interest. In this crucial moment for Europe, it consists in gathering on Sundays at public spaces for one hour and to show our support for Europe. So far, 80 cities in Germany, France, UK, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Spain and Portugal participated. We SHOULD NOT get lost in complaints and the shortcomings of the EU, which no doubt exist, and need to be addressed. In this crucial moment for Europe, we SHOULD refocus on the big picture acknowledging that the European Union has guaranteed us peace and stability for the last 60 years and that in Europe we must stand together to have a future for us and our children. We all have taken the wonderful benefits that the EU has to offer for granted! Many of us have travelled on EU funded roads across borders, have made friends all over Europe, and have even family in different parts of the continent. Some of us have even received Erasmus scholarships and graduated from international schools. We now need to defend the European idea against raising populism, racism, hatred and nationalism, which is starting to lighten fire to our peaceful living together around the world.

Es completamente independiente de cualquier partido político u otro interés particular. En este momento crucial para Europa, consiste en un encuentro en un espacio público , un domingo durante una hora. Hasta ahora, 80 ciudades en más de 20 países participaron. NO DEBEMOS perdernos en quejas y faltas de la UE, que sin duda existen, y necesitan ser resueltas. En este momento delicado para Europa nos interesa enfocarnos en un plano más amplio. La Unión europea nos ha garantizado paz y estabilidad los últimos 60 años, y por lo tanto en Europa necesitamos permanecer juntos para tener un futuro para nosotros y nuestros hijos. Todos nos beneficiamos de las maravillosas ventajas que la Unión nos ofrece. Muchos de nosotros hemos viajado pasando fronteras por carreteras patrocinadas por la UE, hecho amigos en todas las partes de Europa, y incluso tenemos familiares en diferentes partes del continente. Algunos de nosotros también han recibido becas de ERASMUS y se han graduad en universidades internacionales. Nos toca ahora defender la idea europea en contra del levantamiento del populismo, racismo, odio y nacionalismo, los cuales estan empezando a encender la mecha amenazando nuestra pacífica convivencia mundial.
